I have stayed there on a few occasions. This is an old motel and they have made some improvements in the last few years. It was nice that they have reinstated the continental breakfast.

Boarded up building on premise; green pool out of season could tell was in ill repair anyway. Breakfast was fine for on the go (packaged goods). Old style motel - one story which was convenient on the rainy day to pull car up to door. Room was clean, bed adequate, shower clean. Location .25 mile from the ARK or it would be out of business. Hampton across the street was very nice with indoor pool but very pricey in comparison. We were only sleeping and leaving - so it worked and we saved the money for the next adventure!

Everything was nice in our room and on the property, except the shower. There was no mat in the shower and it was extremely slippery. had to put a had towel on the floor of the shower to not fall down.

The staff was very nice. The property was very conveniently located to our destination. We could’ve used a couple of more conveniently located outlets. It was an older property, but it had some recent updates. It was clean, and the breakfast bar was good.

This was a great hotel for the price and so very convenient to the Ark Encounter. I visited the Creation Museum and stayed so long that I needed to spend an extra night. I chose the Sunrise Inn because of the price and really would recommend it to anyone. It was just as good as the higher priced hotel across the street with a nationally recognized name.

Staff were incredible, room was basic, functional and in need of some tlc. Bed was comfortable, bedding & towels clean, furniture and bathroom fixtures showing their age! Fridge, Keurig coffee maker, small microwave all provided. Room felt dark. Due to the breakfast area being renovated, breakfast was provided in a brown paper bag (we chose not to have any). Lived being able to park directly outside our room. Location was amazing for us right next to exit on I-75 and walking distance to Ark Encounter. Gas station is at the front of the property, most stores/food options are 2 exits north.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. More than two towels, Kurig coffeepot and k cups The breakfast area is undergoing renovation. We are to receive a breakfast "to go bag" for any inconvenience. Bed and pillows are great.

Nice clean property, looks like just updated, bed was nice. They give you a bag lunch for breakfast which was nice, quiet area. All on ground level, very close to The Ark.
