“We booked the club room with terrace but were told it does not have the lake view so we ended up paying extra to upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious & clean with lake view. However, we could not sleep well both nights as it was quite itchy in the bed. First night we did not say anything but 2nd night we asked housekeeping to change the sheets. Not sure of the issue as it was still not comfortable enough to sleep well. Upon checkout we told this when we were asked if we stayed comfortably n...

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”
