Let me start by first saying that everything was pretty great with this property and check in and out process was flawless. We'll definitely stay here or in another unit again most likely. That being said the only reason we're giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because after we initially booked the room, one of the "hosts" or managers reached out saying that they were requiring a 3 night stay due to the hiday(july 4th) vs what we booked which was a 2 night stay. I was initially frustrated as this was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. I will say that they did come back to me and say we will honor the 2 night booking as agreed but just the fact that that happened at all felt very shady and threw us an initial "panic" after booking. But once it was expressed that there were no issues i didnt worry. Then, about a week or less before our trip there, we got another message about a 3 night minimum and again i was fairly frustrated. It felt like no one had listened and then after reading it, it felt like an automated message. I came to find it later that it was an automated msg the 2nd time and the host that met with us at check in(jim) apologized profusely, which i appreciated. We did not get charged anything extra so in the end there were no issues other then that. All in all a great property with a great view. I would only suggest an upgraded and larger tv in the main room(but thats just me cause i like having something on in the background).
