“Very clean, safe, kind lady who checked us in, easy access to restaurants”

“They should be a little honest to say that they have not had hot water for more than a week. The staff in front is not friendly. You ask them a question and they reply that they know nothing. I spent a night without showering because I had no hot water and the answer was that we cannot do anything. Of course, I asked for my money back to go to another hotel.”

“The room was excellent and the included breakfast and dinner were good. However, they advertised they had ethernet which was the main reason I selected this hotel, but when I tried to use it, it did not function and they did not have the problem fixed before I left. This negatively affected my ability to work remotely since WIFI does not offer the level of connectivity I needed to work online.”
