“The kettle had an oily film on the inside. I cleaned it out before making coffee. I tried to summon someone to hand in the breakfast card. I rang the service bell 4 times, no one came. “On arrival, the receptionist wanted us to take her to the shop. In the room, fridge does not get moved to sweep dust underneath. The bedside lights had no sockets to plug lights in.
