The cottage on Ausable is a serene getaway. Views of whiteface mountain and Ausable River frontage make this property exceptional. The private Hot Tub is perfect after whiteface ski! Outdoor activities are steps away with wooded acreage on site for hiking, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, and biking. We are located on the west branch of the Ausable River, voted the best trout fishing in the state of New York. All equipment can be arranged for you.

Outdoor jacuzzi was just installed off the Master Bedroom French Doors. The deck is private where you can hear the rushing river. Crawl in to cozy fluffed beds and down pillows with wooded views.

The Adirondack theme cottage was crafted with custom woodwork, natural stone, granite kitchen countertop and peninsula that comfortably seats 4. The artwork was crafted locally and the walls are filled with our own adventure travel photography.

The home is a 5 minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. The country store and Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Also within walking distance is local chocolates, coffee, a café, ice cream, and an activity park.

We have edited the PET POLICY. While We own and Love our dog, accidents happen and area rugs have just been replaced and the entire wood floors have been refinished as of June 2023. If you would like to bring your family pet. Please call Rick or Anne to discuss.
