  • Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
    Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.
    Let us be your host while you enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer!

The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has many nice touches like some toiletries and other helpful items for travelers. The location is great. I walked from the house every day for exercise and enjoyed beautiful and interesting neighborhoods. Check-in and check-out are easy.

Beautifully restored older home. We really enjoyed our stay and the home was conveniently located for sightseeing in historic Wilmington as well as the nearby beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend here in Wilmington! The house was clean and very comfortable, and the proximity to things downtown was great! Scott was super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Would totally stay again if we come back to Wilmington!

Exceptional Stay

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful house in Wilmington! Our hosts thought of everything: comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels, plentiful kitchen supplies, and an overall beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Great location: short walk to historic Wilmington and a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I loved this house, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed! Very clean and cozy and has everything you need. Our Lyft rides to downtown were all very affordable and a few places even walking distance.

We had a great stay at this Wilmington rental. The space was spotless and well furnished; with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the Wrightsville Beach and many other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base in Wilmington.

This home is beautiful and cozy! It’s so nicely set up. We were looking for a place not too far from campus. There are lots of good restaurant choices nearby. We just wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Great location and even better house

This house has been completely redone recently and it’s a beautiful property. The location is perfect and it’s about a mile to the river walk with a brewery 2 blocks up from here. We will probably stay here again and highly recommend!

Very nice home

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Wilmington! This house was very clean and had nice amenities. The fenced in back yard was wonderful! The snacks and coffee provided added a nice touch.
