The Space:

Kitchen is well stocked and linens/towels are provided for all beds and up to 6 guests.



Must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and must fill out a rental agreement prior to property access released.



This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS property. Please follow the rules to avoid a possible eviction and $350 pet fine for undisclosed pets.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to this entire single level house. You are welcome to enjoy the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living room, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience. Outside, you can relax on the private patio or in the backyard. We provide free parking on the premises and street parking is also available. Keyless door entry is provided for your convenience and check in information will be sent a few days before your arrival.

Please note that our check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. We are a smoke free property and pets are not permitted. For your convenience, the washer and dryer are located in an enclosed room just outside the kitchen door. While this area is accessed from the exterior of the home, it is fully covered for your protection. We offer free parking both on the premises and on the street. We look forward to hosting you.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer a seamless self check in experience using a secure door code so you can arrive at your convenience after four in the afternoon. While we provide you with complete privacy during your stay, we are always available to assist you.
