Please Note: Like many historic Wilmington homes, The Historic Jade Retreat has a few unique features—including an exterior spiral staircase that leads to the entrance. It’s one of the things that makes the property memorable, but because it’s the only access to the unit!

Whether you’re returning from the beach, enjoying a concert downtown, or discovering the local food scene, you’ll find comfortable seating, high-speed AT&T Fiber internet, Smart TVs, and inviting spaces to unwind.
