The condo was just as expected, spacious and clean. The location was very convenient. We had a little trouble with the door lock initially but the host was responsive and things were cleared up quickly. We had a great visit!

Great Condo and Location

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Clean, easy to get to, spacious, and immediate answer by the host when I had trouble with the lock. This will be our go to condo over the next 4 years while my daughter is at UNCW

Great place, lacking host

First, the property and location were perfect. I loved this place and if I’d had a better host experience, I would stay here again. My husband and I stayed here for a charity event two weekends ago. It was great. The first thing that was disappointing was when I mentioned I was arriving 30 min early but would go find a place to hang out. As a host myself I thought they may offer to give me the code early- but no- they waited until exactly 2:59 to send it. Then I messaged to ask if my friend could come by. She wasn’t staying the night and we were not at capacity for the unit but I thought it would be respectful to ask first. Host never responded so I didn’t feel comfortable having her over. Finally, I had to ask multiple times to get my damage deposit back. If I hadn’t, I likely would not have gotten it. As a host myself, all of this is really unacceptable.

Great Stay.

Everything was great. Only draw back is no onsite parking. We had to park two blocks away in a parking garage. Stop pick up pass then park car. Then go get car and come back to leave the pass. Not convenient. . .

Beautiful Spot in the heart of Downtown Wilmington!

We had a great time on our visit to Wilmy! It was so nice to watch the river each evening and again in the morning with our coffee. The condo is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Uncomfortable

The net over the patio was such a turn off. You didn't want to sit out there because of the way it looked. The couch was so uncomfortable that it was very hard to watch TV. I glad we only stayed one night.

Perfect stay for us

We were just down for 1 night for a concert. It was great. My only complaint was there was a lot of noise outside late… skateboarders at 1:30am and loud music… other than that, it was lovely

Location, Location, Location

The location of this riverfront property is ideal. We have stayed in this area often over the last 10 years or so. The views are amazing, we enjoy the Farmer's mkt, being able to walk to everything. This property is well appointed. New policy of the HOA is that netting be placed on the balcony due to pigeons, it impedes the view somewhat & was disappointing but this is a great property. Highly recommend

Great location, lacking in other ways

My husband I came to spend some time at the beach and view the fireworks. We’ve stayed in this building a couple times before. Pros: location, cleanliness Cons: View obstructed by pigeon netting that was apparently new. It is not in the photos. Our whole reason for staying in this condo was to view the fireworks from our balcony. Patio furniture falling apart and parking is off the premises. We’ve previously parked at the building.

Terrific View!

Perfect spot for a getaway for us. We went Sunday & Monday nights & it worked out great, as Sunday was very busy around town but Monday much less crowded. High floor in building made it more quiet, too. Kitchen very well equipped. Great view of the river and battleship. Be careful while unloading/loading car as they are very strict with the rules. Took a long time to get security deposit back - the only real downside. Overall we would recommend this property.

Not our favorite but fine just the same.

Great location. Property OK, Bathroom sink not draining well, Ok furniture, good bed, weird to have vacuum out in the bedroom, nice to have a little porch with a good view. Wilmington was not our favorite city. Will not be coming back.

Too many instructions

If you want a relaxing easy carefree stay, avoid. Paragraph messages with instructions and rules, a front door lock that barely works, 0 ambiance, and LOUD LOUD LOUD from the bars outside.
