“By far the best house I’ve ever rented. Fully stocked kitchen from a lemon squeezers to a crock pot to a waffle iron - EVERYTHING your family would need. The layout was wonderful; open floor plan for family time and when privacy was needed, every couple/family had their own space to head off to. The location was prime - 20 minutes south to Tybee and 20 minutes north to River Street. Plenty of beach chairs for your family to relax and a cooler for your beach trip. “Nice new property that accommodated our large group well. Great communication from the host. We would stay there again for our vacation.”

“Our stay at this property was absolutely worth every penny! As the very first guests to stay here, we were impressed by the exceptional level of service. Whenever we needed assistance, the host responded quickly with phone calls and kept us informed with timely text message updates. The property provided the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and relaxation for my family. We would confidently rate this as a five-star getaway and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Thank...

“Beautiful property. Watching the tides change in the marsh was magical. Jonathon was such a friendly host, easy to communicate with, and made sure our stay was just right. The backyard was great to swing on the giant chair swing, play corn-hole, and badminton. It was a quiet, peaceful setting…aside from a short period of time when one of the neighbors played bagpipes. The main floor has plenty of room so the 12 of us could hang out. The beds were comfy. They got us a pack and play for the baby....

“This home was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the books through out the home, as well as board games we enjoyed playing with our kids. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking simple, multiple appliances were a nice touch as well. The hosts were wonderful. Easy communication was also very appreciated!”

“Very clean. Easy check in/out process.”

“it was great that it was pet, friendly, however the floor we stayed on smelled horrible .. the room was extremely dusty the carpet in the room looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while.”

“La habitación estaba limpia a excepción debajo de la cama que se ve que JAMÁS han limpiado. El olor de las habitaciones era muy fuerte como a pintura o algún solvente. El colchón de la cama viejo y se hundia”
