“A very clean property, warm and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. He had even warmed the room ahead of my arrival!”

“Older style motel, but has been well refurbished, clean, everything worked, good shower and bathroom. Pleasant owner. Excellent lighting for reading etc. There is some traffic noise at night, but close the bathroom door and window, it’s fine. Second stay there for me, value for money. Motel owners should consider spreading the guests over the building, when not full up, not lumping them all together for what I assume is ease of cleaning.”

“I personally don’t think the room was worth $125 via Expedia. The ‘pelmet structure’ for the fluorescent lighting was a little problematic when sitting up as overhangs Queen bed & you could bang your head! For a single night it is fine but owners need to remodel the rooms if they are anything like the one we stayed in? Wifi was ok but not strong. The TV was good with streaming channels. “The room is an old "ATCO room", similar to a mine site accommodation but they are better. The door had an inch gap on the bottom, letting in freezing wind. There was cob webs along the ceiling rafters. The wooden floor was unstable and squeaked with every foot step. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable.
