“The toilets are too low. We have knee and hip problems, my husband has had one hip and one knee replaced. It would be an immense help if there were arms attached to the wall behind the toilet wall that could be moved down when people needed them. Also showers only with zero barriers would help. This problem is not only a Grand hotel problem, it’s across the industry.”

“I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.”
