We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a group of 22 people, ranging from adults, to teens to toddlers. There was so much space and rooms for all our families to fit, and the house had everything that you could need. Greg was a great host, very responsive and very helpful in making sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this house and we would all love to return one day.

We had a such a great time! We had a large family get together, about 22 of us and there was more than enough space. Everything was clean, and there were lots of fun things to do in and around the house. The kids loved the cows! Communication was easy too! We def would stay again

Dancing Horse Farm... Simply the Best

From first contact to check out, Greg was an outstanding host and Dancing Horse Farm was the best space and property for our team retreat. Easily slept our 22 person group with space to spare. Having done these trips in the past, I can say that Greg's property is better equipped for cooking for a large group than any other property we have stayed at. The Blackstone grill was ideal for taco night and pancake breakfasts. The bonfire, the great family room and ample seating made perfect venues for bonding, meals and our annual trivia night. Thank you Greg!

Excellent Getaway location for a crowd

The property was clean, well organized, and equipped with everything to accommodate staying of a crowd. The property was beautiful, amenities were plentiful, and host was very easy to reach via message. Kitchen appliances, sound system, bed, shower room, and living room, everything was pleasant.

Spectacular experience, will be returning!

My job had a wellness retreat (30 people) and it was the perfect location for it. Everyone fit very comfortably in the house, and it was so clean and comfortable and well stocked with towels and all other items. Greg was very responsive and pleasant to work with as well. Very peaceful location, and we will likely return next for next years retreat!

Had 25 Allen here for a bachelor party and never felt cramped. Property is beautiful, well maintained, and tons of amenities. Greg the host was very responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a large group

My group was blown away by this home! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and servingware, and there were easily enough beds and space for our group of 17. The property is sprawling and beautiful, just as pictured or better. Communication with the host was the best I've ever experienced - he was so accommodating, helpful, and proactive (we never met in person). Hope to return someday!

Nice Property/Well Appointed

Large home with everything you’ll need. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, fridge space for a large party. Bedding was nice, with plenty of extra blankets. Greg was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely book this property again.

Great long weekend

We had 4 families stay here over Presidents Day weekend. The house was great. The living area on the main floor is big and flows into a large kitchen - the kids took over the game room downstairs and stayed in the bunk rooms.It is a short ride to Windham Mountain and easy to drop off/pick up people at the mountain. There was plenty of firewood and the house had pretty much everything you need. Would recommend to any large group - and hope to be back next year to do it again.

An Amazing Weekend Getaway!

Our group of nearly 25 adults and children had a fantastic time! There was plenty of space for our entire group. We especially loved the large gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs. The bunk rooms were perfect for our kids to sleep! The home had wonderful little touches that you don’t always see in a rental - custom Beekman bath products and signature mugs and wine glasses with the dancing horse logo! We will absolutely be returning to this gem! Communication with Greg was also wonderful! A quick ride to Windham and Hunter make this a dream for a family friendly ski vacation.

Best Cabin Trip Thus Far!

We had an amazing stay - and Greg was absolutely phenomenal with communication - especially with providing information on plowing during a snow storm while we were there. The property was gorgeous and just a few minutes away from Wyndham Mountain. The property was very clean and huge for the great price. We were able to have a wellness retreat and the amenities were great!

Huge house close to Windham mountain.

This is a wonderful property for a multi family get away. There are a ton of bedrooms and the house is well stocked with needed amenities.Greg was great to deal with. He was very communicative with instructions for the house. We definitely would like to book this property again.

Great house !!

We went with 3 families (kids 4-14) and had the best time !! Great house for a group. We were 18 total. Awesome location. The kids loved playing in the snow and visiting with the cows! The grounds were really beautiful. The house had plenty of room. The bunk rooms were awesome for kids. Upstairs master has a tiny room a one single bed off of it, perfect for a toddler or baby. Two living rooms for multiple sports game watching. Short drive to the mountain and restaurants. We even brought food fromHome and grilled steaks one night. We had an awesome time !!
