“Our family chose to spend their family Christmas at the Manchester’s Farm for the second year in a row. The size, location and accommodations are perfect. Our children all live in the Windham area and it was easy for them to come for the day. Our grandchildren did have the opportunity to spend some alone time with Mimi and Poppi and they love the farmhouse!Thanks to the Manchester’s for the Christmas tree. It added the perfect touch to our stay.”

“ This cabin is in such a great location! Steps away from the water with kayaks, floats and paddle boards provided. We even saw a bald eagle soar across the ski while floating in front of the dock! The host Braden was extremely accommodating to us and promptly answered all the questions I had. ”

“Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative...

“This delightful lake view home was just as pictured and imagined. Our family of 15 ages 7 months to 72 years had the best time making memories on Little Lake Sebago. Cooking and eating together, sitting on the dock, paddling around with the kayaks, canoe and paddle board AND several evenings around the firepit or living room stove were highlights. A few excursions to Portland and drives around the lake rounded out our 8 day adventure in Maine.”

“Beautiful home tucked away in the woods but still close to shops/cities. The home was clean and all of the furniture was so comfortable. The dog beds and bowls being there already made our dogs feel at home! The host was super great with any problems we had and it was a very relaxing week for my family”
