“We stayed here for our last night in Windhoek. It was a nice place to come and rest before a big flight. We were in a luxury tent, which we didn’t realize was at the far end of the property of all amenities, like the restaurant and pool. Not a huge deal because they do offer porter services to drive you to and from your tent to the reception/main area. “We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Barend's property. It was clean, spacious and well furnished. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked since we rarely experienced that at the other lodges around Namibia. The guard to The Village was helpful too.
