“Our stay was wonderful. Everything was nicely done and updated, clean bathrooms, rooms were a nice size. We will definitely check with this host again when we need a place to stay.”

“Great location in Windsor. Overall fairly clean. Not super small child friendly (unsecured tv and large mirrors, barn doors, lots of breakable trinkets). Older children would probably be fine. Communication with management company didn’t have a fast turnaround. No recycling. Management had to come into the home with only a few hours notice. There wasn’t much in the way of cleaning supplies. Overall it was a fine stay.”

“Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland.”

“Jen was a great host! Easy to communicate with from the very first step. The home was very spacious and extremely clean. 100% family friendly The beds were very supportive -a little firmer than the mattresses we use at home, which we all enjoyed tremendously. The home was easy to find and the entry keypad very easy to use upon arrival. I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell...
