“We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building.
