Pool was closed indefinitely. Pool was the primary reason for booking this rather than normal spot downtown.

Again like compass in Medford Oregon I have stayed here several times whenever I am in the area. I like it because it is new modern with well appointed and exceptionally clean rooms. A nice workout area a good breakfast and easy access to the highway.

Checkin and went to the room, the door lock was malfunctioning. When I went to report the issue and showed the front desk person, she seemed annoyed that I wanted a different room

The room was clean and up to date. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. The elevator was out of order but they had arranged for staff to carry bags up the stairs. Very helpful and friendly.

Exhausted after four days of moving our son to Idaho from San Diego towing a trailer, we pulled into their parking lot initially stressed to find space to park. We were allowed to park near the entrance and realized there was more spacious parking behind the building as well. Really nice hotel that felt like an oasis to us.

Nice overnight stay. Clean rooms and good breakfast with good coffee, sometimes hard to find. Bathroom was spacious and well designed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stay here whenever we are driving through. Wingers restaurant right next door is our favorite place to eat. Super convenient . Nice little free breakfast. Bacon , eggs, muffins, juice , cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, jam, milk , yogurt, what more could you want. They even brought me a warmed up gluten free muffin when I asked if they had anything gluten free.

Everything was great. The staff is very professional. Nancy was very thoughtful at breakfast and made sure everybody had enough food and was constantly refilling the eggs and the pancakes and cleaning up tables. She was fantastic.

Breakfast was Amazing! Nancy was the best host in the cafe’ she was very helpful and the food was so fresh! The rooms were so comfortable. We will be staying here again.

Friendly breakfast staff
Location was easy to find and check-in was easy. Front desk gal was very robotic- neither friendly nor unfriendly- just not what I'm used to in a front desk person. Rooms were very clean. The individual who stood out the most during our stay was the person in charge of breakfast. Nancy was very friendly, helpful and a joy to chat with. Would visit again.
