“Have stayed here several times, solo business traveler . Hosts are kind and super helpful, place is very clean and has everything u need to feel at home.the property is lively and serene, friendly ducks and beautiful horses. It is very quiet at night, perfect retreat after hot , busy workday.”

“House was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely prefer this over any hotel around. House has good WiFi and at one point there was a power outage but the home is equipped with an automatic generator that kicked on immediately so i didn’t have to suffer. John is an awesome host and responds quickly if there are any issues. I definitely look forward to booking again. I definitely recommend this stay for family and friends!”

“It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!”
