“Super cute place! Excellent location for Acadia National Park. Peaceful, A/C, laundry, cute little kitchen care pack (an old review said there was nothing to wash dishes with- that no longer is the case, we were provided dish soap and a sponge) and a bathroom care pack with shampoo, conditioner, laundry, and soap/body wash. It was pricy but that’s expected during peak travel times and we booked pretty late in the year. Grateful to have found this gem and highly recommend. ”

“The cabin was perfect and just what we needed. The lakefront property was idyllic and indeed the slice of wilderness heaven promised in the listing. The host, Barb, was helpful, kind, compassionate, and quite amenable and understanding. She even came out in a storm when we locked ourselves out by accident. The location and proximity to other jewels of Maine as well as the freshest of seafood and Maine home cooking made day trips a very feasible possibility! You can’t miss with this property...

“We stayed at this location myself , my daughter, my best friend and her daughter and her husband. We all fit nicely in the home. The property was great. Very clean. Check in was easy and they communicated via text which made it SO easy. Everything was as expected and listed. We would absolutely stay here again when we return. “This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again.”

“My sister and I were on a "memory" tour from times during our childhood when we were staying in Dover-Foxcroft. Our tour was made even more special by staying in this cabin! It was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be and a great home base. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Sunsets were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting this part of Maine again!”
