4 br. Hermosa casa de pueblo de montaña de lujo con jacuzzi para 6 personas

Aléjate de todo con una escapada a esta hermosa casa adosada. Cuatro dormitorios en tres niveles cada uno con una lujosa cama king size y baño privado en suite. Duerme ocho. Jacuzzi para 6 personas en el balcón. La vista de Byers Peak y algunas vistas parciales de Winter Park Resort son realmente espectaculares en las hermosas Montañas Rocosas.

Ubicado en el hermoso noroeste de Colorado, escondido entre árboles de hoja perenne, tendrá acceso a pistas de esquí en invierno y senderos en el verano.

Vacaciones de lujo con muebles de primera calidad y todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar, incluyendo calefacción por suelo radiante, bañera de hidromasaje para seis hombres y garaje para un automóvil.

En el nivel inferior hay un dormitorio con cama king size, baño con dos lavabos y una ducha independiente con azulejos. Hay una lavadora y secadora en este nivel, además de cubículos para todos sus equipos y el garaje.

El nivel principal es donde encontrará la maravillosa sala de estar y comedor y cocina. Techos abovedados con paredes amarillas y cuentas de madera oscura, y una chimenea de piedra desde el piso hasta el techo lo hacen sentir especialmente cálido y acogedor. La TV de alta definición y el sonido envolvente completan esta área. ¡Wifi es gratis!

La cocina es cálida y acogedora con gabinetes de madera, suelo de baldosas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La parrilla de gas está en la terraza ubicada fuera de la cocina.

Jacuzzi privado a nadie? Habitación para seis. Situado en el balcón delantero del nivel principal con vistas a la zona de Winter Park Ski.

Otro dormitorio principal se encuentra en el nivel principal. El baño en suite también se conecta con la sala de estar principal.

Sube por la hermosa escalera hasta el tercer nivel. Dos más magníficas suites principales y baños privados.

Este elegante townhome está cerca de todo. Está justo en la ruta del autobús de esquí a Winter Park Ski Resort. Está a solo cinco millas de Winter Park y 15 millas de Ski Granby Ranch. Fraser también tiene opciones de tubería, desde Historic Tubing Hill hasta la colina en Colorado Adventure Park.

Amazing condo

We have a great stay at this condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super spacious and so comfy. We had 8 people stay and no one felt cramped. The winter park lift is such an easy walk from this location. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing. Easy 10 minute drive to the mountain. We love the hot tub, lots of space and everyone has a king bed! Well stocked and appreciate having access to the garage.

Christmas 2022

Amazing home!

Great location, layout worked well for our family of 7 and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. Only critique is only one TV in home. With kids it was tough not being able to send to their room to watch their shows to rest after a day of skiing. Humidifiers in each room was a nice touch and got used nightly…thanks!

Perfect Mountain and Ski Get Away

This place is exactly what you think of when you think mountain and ski get away. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms is SOOOOO hard to find but this place has it all. Everyone was so comfortable with their own space. The place is spotless clean, has everything you need and more. The hot tub is incredible and its so close to both Grocery store and the ski resort. We will be back many times in the near future.

The perfect winter park house for families and friends

Traci was very responsive and easy to work with. This house is fantastic! Every single bedroom fees like a master bedroom, I've stayed in the winter park area many times and never found a better house for all parties to feel equal with king sized beds and double vanities in every bedroom! The location is fantastic, less than 15 minutes from winter park and it has a convenient bus stop right outside to avoid parking during ski season, we even had a moose walk through the neighborhood!

Family Christmas Vacation

We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location! Traci is a joy to work with! We would recommend this property to all! Thank you Traci for a wonderful experience! 😊

Barbecue grill and balconies

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. The barbecue grill needs to be replace and we were disappointed because we couldn’t figure out how to light it and with the gas turned on and with the gas fumes we gave up. We were looking forward to grilling out on the Fourth of July and that didn’t happen. Other then this everything was very nice and great location.

Birthday Retreat

My son turned 21 and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are not the bar scene/party type of crew. We were looking for relaxation, space and quality family time, that’s exactly what we found. Space to spread out, yet gather for meals, close to town, yet in the mountains and something that was comfortable for my daughter to relax with a brand new baby. There were 8 adults and one infant. The benefit of huge rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with each made everyone feel comfortable. Though, we only used the hot tub once it was so clean and relaxing. After checkout, my daughter realized she had forgot her Boppy(nursing pillow) the owner was quick to respond and help remotely to get this back to us immediately. I can say the WHOLE experience was just what we needed to create memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you
