    Accommodating up to 4 guests, it includes a King Bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper.
    This vacation rental is accessible for individuals with disabilities. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
    The complex provides amenities such as a ski locker, an outdoor hot tub, a grilling area, coin-operated laundry facilities, an elevator, and covered parking. The Village is within walking distance for shopping and dining, and it is an easy stroll to the Gondola.
    The main floor lobby features a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and private ski lockers. This property boasts a large common area amenity deck that includes coin-operated laundry, changing rooms, a hot tub, a barbecue grill, an outdoor fireplace, and scenic views of the slopes. The restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village are just a short walk across Winter Park Drive.

This place was exactly as described and we had a great stay! The location was perfect — just a quick walk across the street to the slopes, which made everything so convenient. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this was easily one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. The space was also super cute aesthetically, and we loved being able to enjoy the view from the porch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back!

Great condo! The host was very responsive and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The unit was clean, super close to the mountain/base, and included many amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Property!

We loved our time at First Chair at Fraser Crossing. The condo was the perfect size, very spacious and well appointed. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub being steps away and the gondola was only a 5 minute walk from the entrance. The laundry room was convenient also and we used it twice.Communication with management was excellent and fast. We will stay here again.

Incredible stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfectly located. Loved the modern design, comfortable layout, and easy access to everything nearby. A truly relaxing and convenient getaway, highly recommend!

Nice spot close to the slopes. Has everything you need, but would not call it luxury. Not a lot of natural light, but it doesn't matter if you are skiing. Management was responsive.

Great Winter Park Vacation

Great location, being across the road from the gondola and several restaurants and shops. Also great location within the building, as you can walk outside your patio directly to the hot tub! Would stay again!

Perfect ski stay

Just my wife and I for a quick ski trip. Accommodation was perfect. Clean, quiet, and roomy. Amenities were fantastic.

Great location, right across the street from the gondola, walking distance without the ski in/out price. Very clean and had all the essentials we needed for cooking.

A lot of perks - great location, good size for a family of 4, competitive price and the parking garage and lockers were convenient. We arrived 45 minutes before check-in as well and were able to be let into the room, which was nice.We did have some trouble with the very long door code. We were locked out the bldg prior to 8am after running out for coffee. Host isn't available that early so we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone exiting the bldg to let us in. Also, the pillows for the sofa bed are yellow and stained. We had clean pillowcases but it was still a little off-putting.

This is a nice condo with a kitchen that was well stocked with all my family needed for cooking and eating. Will definitely be back.

Excellent ski in/out location

This unit is very nice with a wonderful location. The temperature of the room is hard to control as other people mention but other than that this was a perfect ski weekend stay. Convenient to gondola and village/restaurants. Hot tub was great. We would stay here again.

Sufficient but tight

The location was wonderful. Living room was a bit tight for the furniture choice. Both the bedroom and pull out mattress could use replacing. Overall, the unit met our needs.

Good Place to Stay

Overall a good place to stay. Had a little trouble with the door on arrival, but the on-site team was great and helped resolve the issue immediately. The new company that deals with the garage parking is much better than previous years.
