The digital communication solo is a little unnerving and impersonal but when I needed help- could get customer service on phone. The fire alarm kept going off and ice making and water from fridge did not work

Perfect Spot

This house was perfect for our first summer mountain trip. The condo was located just off the main road, walkable to shops, restaurants and parks. Tucked away just enough to keep it quiet and peaceful. The condo felt like a home, your own home with all the things you’d need and want. It didn’t feel like a stripped down rental with the bare minimums. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

Great property to stay at for a quick ski trip with family. Great location near several restaurants. The hot tub was nice to enjoy after a day of skiing. Only recommendation would be to have tissues at the house. The master bath has a tub, not "jetted" like it is listed.

Great Location and Great Place

The property was in a great location in town and also was only a short walking distance to bus pick up to take you to the Winter Park Ski resort. The property was very well stocked and very spacious. We loved the garage. We had a carrier on top and back of our SUV and we were able to park the vehicle in the garage and didn't have to unload the carriers. The property has a nice hot tub and they also have boxed fans that is not listed on their information. We sleep with fans and brought two. It would have been nice to know that you provided them. We sent a message the day before we left and the person replied they the property didn't have boxed fans. It was a great place and a great location.

Comfortable Place Convenient to Public Transit

This place met all our needs. It was comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the bus line. We had no complaints.

Clean and quiet

We really enjoyed this house! It's a nice, quiet place. We'd never been to Winter Park, so we didn't realize how small it was, but that made it easy to walk most everywhere. It was clean and well stocked, and we loved that every room had it's own bathroom. Our two teen boys got their own space, which made them very happy.

Beautiful townhouse, located in the middle of everything.

We stayed there while attending the blues from the top festival. Kitchen is very well appointed living room, and dining room- Beautiful. Bedrooms very nice. Listing showed bunk beds, but there are nine. Never managed to open the garage door with the code. I would suggest getting some chairs for sitting outside on the balconies-there are nine. Also, there was just one hair dryer for 3 1/2 bathrooms. Kind of tough with a bunch of women under one roof… 😀

This was a great location and the condition of the condo was excellent. Hot tub was a disaster.

This was a great location, and the condition of the condo was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with a supply of pots, pans, and spices. Pantry was surprisingly well stocked. Lots of soap, tissues, toilet paper and laundry supplies. Best place we have stayed in many Colorado ski trips. The hot tub was a huge disappointment. It leaks at the rate of 6 inches per day which prevents the heater from working. Think cold hot tub. Had to refill it twice a day and sometimes this was not enough. I see similar comments in 1991 and 1992 reviews with the comment that the issue was fixed. Not true. It's advertised as having a hot tub. I expected it to work. A refund of sorts would be appropriate.

Great Location but A Few Things Weren’t What We Expected

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed in a few things. First is we shouldn’t have relied on the virtual tour video. The video shows bunk beds and the unit didn’t have them. Thankfully we had two boys that could share a bed and the futon in the room off the kitchen or we wouldn’t have been able to make this work. Second is the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons (besides location) we selected this house and it was a pain from beginning to end. We had to constantly add water to it or it wouldn’t heat. Many times the temperature was 85-90 degrees. The time it took each day to work on this was aggravating. The last thing was the smoke detectors beeped indicating low battery. The management group sent someone but because it was on a holiday weekend we had to wait two days. Annoying having to deal with it. The location is awesome and so close to everything such a restaurants, Winter Park resort and the public buses.

Very confusing booking this property through VRBO.

The house was in excellent condition. One issue was one of the decks had paper plastic on it and a broom. It had standing water for a very long time after each rain and was totally unusable. It was the main deck right off the main living area. Garage was excellent to be able to store bicycles. The confusing thing was working through VRBO, and also Vacasa, and also the local property company. So painful and confusing. So much easier booking directly the owner or a local property manager. Wouldn't do it again.

Great location and plenty of space

Overall this is a great property for those not needing to be on the mountain. The house is spacious and perfect for a large group. We appreciated the extra small room off the kitchen for the teens to hang. The only negative was the pillows! I hope the owners will consider investing in some non-pancake pillows. We ended up using the throw pillows from around the house. Highly recommend outside of that.

Great property for extended family trip.

Very well-stocked kitchen for cooking (except no spatula for flipping pancakes). Lots of thoughtful extras as well. We would stay here again.
