The second bedroom is furnished with a captain's bunk that includes a trundle, along with a private bathroom, making it suitable for three singles or as a children's room. Additionally, it includes extra amenities such as a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray access. Please note that there is a ring camera at the front door of the condo.
The property also offers convenient shuttle access via the free town shuttle and is ideally located within a short walking distance to Beaver Village Clubhouse and downtown Winter Park.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
