Plus, you're just steps away from the new Fireside Market grocery store, ideal for stocking up on essentials, and the beloved Hideaway Brewery, where you can savor local brews.

    This welcoming unit boasts an open floor plan with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it a cozy retreat for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and oven, ensuring you have all the tools you need for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats up to six, making it perfect for shared meals and game nights. In the inviting living room, you'll find a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the views of the surrounding park.

    This 3rd-floor condo offers a master bedroom with a Queen bed, and a queen murphy bed in the living room, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all. Trailhead Lodge promises a memorable stay in the heart of Winter Park, where adventure and entertainment await just beyond your door.
    Only one 30 pound or less dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO other animals.. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.

The room was very spacious and immaculate! The Murphy bed was comfortable and even w that out the room had tons of space. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and close to the bus line.

Great location for ski trip

My husband and I came to Winter Park for a ski trip. This condo was amazing! It was easy to walk to the main street to catch shuttle to ski and many nearby restaurants.

Great location and easy access to the resort and walkable to town and activities. Got to watch a concert in the park from the condo, which was a fun bonus! Condo was very nice, cozy, clean, and great size and value for my family. We had everything we needed. The unit had an odd smell to it the first couple of days due to the garbage disposal. The units don’t have the best acoustics, so you can hear what’s going on outside. Great proximity to the pool building and easy parking. We’ve stayed at this complex twice in the last year and the TV in the fitness room has not worked either time-a minor thing but really the only complaint I had.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here. The central location in WP is awesome, and we were treated to two concerts in the park during our 3 night stay. The condo itself was really comfortable and spacious, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you!

Very nice place

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. By that I mean they had everything you could possibly need. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in WP.

Clean, really well stocked, quiet. Close enough to the ski hill. Elevator is a plus for bringing bags and groceries in. We would go back.

Spacious 1 BR with comfortable Murphy bed. Clean attractive and big windows. Clubhouse with pool right across from building unit. I’d return here in a heartbeat.

Super Close

We were finally able to secure a condo after all the years of attending the jazz festival. And it was well worth worth while being in such nice surroundings and super close to the venue. I would love to secure the same place for the jazz festival's 40th! Just loved our stay in 831.

Good place to stay

We loved it and it was very nice, but if you have a toddler and a seven-year-old they can’t sleep together and you get sleep too and with the one bedroom it isn’t enough for a family with small kids. It will drive you crazy, but otherwise it was a beautiful place and we did love it.

Great condition

The unit was up to date and very clean. Great views. It has literally every amenity you could want. The location is key with short walk to the shuttle, pool across the street, and a short walk to downtown. It was relatively quiet other than other units dogs barking in the morning. We were pleased with everything.

Great location, family friendly.

This property was great for our family of 4. Awesome location close to coffee, ice cream, restaurants and breweries. Across the street from the park which had live band the first night we were there. The 10 minute drive up the road to Winter Park was also great. Rental unit was in great condition and the washer/dryer was a huge plus after hiking all day. Pool was chilly but manageable for the kids.
