Accommodations: sleeping and kitchen amenities not enough for 16 people!! Had to purchase pans to cook for family! Upon arrival trash cans full in garage and no one took care of it after requesting removal!Plumbing a problem with toilets stopping up and not clearing out! Every day a problem!

The house & weather worked out great for a family wedding wkend. House was close to the venue.The kitchen was a good size, the deck & views were great, nice area with hiking trails close by. Check in was easy.

Location and views were amazing. The home had wonderful outdoor space for off season entertainment. Great hiking and biking paths nearby. We were a group of eight 68 year old women and so some had to sleep in bunks access was a little tricky but mattresses were comfortable. A great time was had by all.

Father's Day Gathering

This home and it's location were 10/10! Will absolutely stay here again. Beautiful views from the wrap around deck, and the layout of the bunkbed room for the kids was one of the coolest things we have ever seen at a rental home!

Beautiful house and great stay. One more bedroom mentioned on the listing and in the pictures than was available. Not sure if this was a mistake on the listing. Otherwise, had awesome weekend with friends.

Ideal location for offsite stray while skiing Winter Park

Home is beautiful and has many accommodations! It is not in a secluded locations as pictures convey! Hot tub is a huge perk after long day of skiing. Garage parking was a highlight for loading and unloading ski gear! Host was accessible and check in was a breeze! The bunk room was so cool for kids!

Property was dirty when we arrived Oven did not work Oven was filthy Hot tub didn’t have much water in it so couldn’t use it much Bathtub didn’t work The property had no snow removal done so it was very hard to access the driveway and very dangerous with all the ice and snow around the place

Amazing house!

The house is amazing! Lots of great space, we had 8 adults and had plenty of room. Only challenge that we had was the cleanliness of the house, tons of pet hair everywhere. You couldn’t sit down on a single chair without being covered in pet hair. It’s too bad, it’s a great house.

Great Cabin for Large Groups

Great house to host a large group! Easy enough check-in process. Lots of parking space for cars. The living areas and kitchen are open and easy for conversations with large groups. Communication was easy with the owners/managers. I would stay in this cabin again.

Beautiful home

Home was well equipped and the location was perfect. Notified rental to have cleaner take care of oven that was full of debris from burned drippings. The home was clean in every other way and we fortunately did not need oven for our one night. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful Colorado

This property was amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee on the awesome deck, and watching the stars come out while sitting in the hot tub. Really our only complaint was that we were charged an unexpected fee for having more than 9 guests even though we had provided all the guest info when booking last November. The property manager was very by the book, and did not give a good explanation of why this wasn't part of the upfront cost.

A Beautiful Wedding Ceremony House!

We rented this lovely home for our wedding ceremony and it was perfect for what we needed! The house accommodated our guests comfortably, provided a beautiful outdoor setting, nearby hiking trails were convenient, and it is located just a few minutes from the town of Winter Park. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts was effortless.

Great Mountain Getaway

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious cabin. We made full use of the fully stocked kitchen, hung out in the hot tub, and chilled on the front deck with its gorgeous mountain views. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. This is a great spot for larger groups. We appreciated how close we were to town but felt like we were out in nature. Would love to stay here again!

Great log cabin home

This is a great and versatile home for a medium to large size group. We only had six but with the bunk room, you could fit double that (especially if kids are in your group). The kitchen was well stocked, though we ran out of dishwasher soap during our stay (easy replacement at the local supermarket). The views from the living room and loft are beautiful and you can even see the distant mountains while soaking in the outdoor hot tub. The property management company was very responsive to all of my inquiries before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The Winter Park shuttle stop is a few steps from the house, making it very easy to get to the slopes (for free!!). I would stay here again if we return in the future. Highly recommended!!

Fun place - spacious

This was a great place for my birthday. It was all adults, so the bunk beds were funny. We also used the pullout couch, and the bedrooms. The bathrooms were spacious and the sauna was OK. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots and pans. I think the hot tub was the highlight since it wasn’t frigid outside, so we could sit outside without issue. It’s super close to the town of Winter Park and the ski bus even comes super close. The driveway was super great since it fit all of the cars coming on the trip. I think the main issues were that the floor was the main source of heat, so it took almost all night to heat up, the fireplace was amazing, but it would have been nice to know which direction was “open” - and a screen would be great too to prevent those embers from coming out of the fireplace, the rug in the main room had not been vacuumed well under the table (we moved the table to get a group photo and found items left from previous guests underneath) and the napkin situation (easily fixable) but we were only left 3 or 4 cloth napkins on the dryer - but our part was 14. We had to go out and buy napkins to fix this. I would definitely stay here again - but maybe ask that someone turns the heat on a few hours before our arrival so that it doesn’t take so long.

Great Family Time

Great property! Great views. All the puzzles were enjoyable by the fire. Hot tub was a plus too. Only thing to note is must have 4 wheel drive for easy access up the hilly driveway. Would deferent again.

Wonderful Ski Cabin

Had such a wonderful time with our friends on this cabin ski trip weekend! Such a beautiful house with wonderful kitchen for cooking, hot tub and sauna too after a cold ski day. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions :) Definitely will be back and recommend this to friends wanting to visit Winter Park!!

Perfect Winter Park Cabin - Prime Location!

This Cabin was perfect for our extended family for Christmas. There were 11 of us, aged from 9 - 75, and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out and get a little distance (when needed) but also room to hang out together. We live in Denver, and had family come from Georgia and California and it was just perfect. Perks: *Home was better than described, Paul is a great host. I talked back and forth with the owner, Paul, several times before and after booking. He was very responsive, which was appreciated. This is a newer rental and when we initially looked there were not a ton of photos so I wanted to be sure it was what it seemed. Paul sent additional photos and answered all of our questions, we felt very comfortable prior to booking. He was responsive throughout the process, including after check in. *The kitchen was well equipped, there were a couple of things we had to buy but this was Christmas dinner so it was a much larger affair than a normal vacation meal. *Hot tub cleaner and nicer than any other vacation rental we've stayed in. *There's a free bus downtown/WP resort with 2 stops within very close walking distance to the cabin. I might have missed it in the description and this is a prime location to begin with, but the free bus was a added perk that we didn't expect. *Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We took a couple walks around the neighborhood and while it was pretty quiet for the holiday week, everyone we encountered was beyond friendly. It's always nice to be in a neighborhood environment with welcoming people. *Beyond spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional living spaces. Just what we needed. Caveat - This is a new rental, growing pains are to be expected. We have rented a lot of VRBO's over the years and this didn't take away from our overall rental experience in the least, but it would be great to have a little binder of info about the home. We got info for check in/check out, but I had to message the owner and felt bad not wanting to bug him for minor things. A little general home info would be helpful (info on the fireplace, trash day, how to get the heater on for the Sauna (press power 2X) etc). And a guest book! We love writing about our trips and reading about others. Great place, will stay again!
