Creek Side Chateau

This was an amazing Chateau with a beautiful creek that was just off the back porch and hot tub. The accommodations were very clean and the Kitchen was nicely stocked. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Location!

Loved the property and location. Hottub was nice during the evenings Loved the private back patio. The sound from the stream was very relaxing.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here! The host was prompt in responding to us. The house was really clean and comfortable. The best part for us was sitting in the hot tub and listening to the river. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Winter Wonderland

We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway.

Great stay. Great location.

Amazing location in the heart of Winter Park. Close to everything and being located on the river is amazing. This home was perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was great and the sites and sounds of the river right outside the back door where incredible. Easy to recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Love This Place!

This is a return visit for us. We love the house, the quiet neighborhood, and the amenities provided….especially the hot tub and grill! The owners are wonderful to work with too. We’ll be back!

Stunning home in an amazing spot!

The house is absolutely amazing and in just the prettiest spot. They had everything we needed for a weekend away. John is absolutely amazing to communicate with and makes the process of checking in and out so easy! Definitely booking again!

Perfect spot

This property was perfect for my family of four, 2 kiddos included. Super close to the main road in Winter Park where the shops and restaurants are and just a few minutes to the ski resort. Loved the wooded backdrop and privacy. Would stay again!

Very nice place in Winter Park

Very nice basement unit that is new and has a covered hot tub just outside. Town bus to the ski resort is right across the street. Would stay again.

Beautiful Creekside Home

We came for the Blues from the Top Festival. Had a great time at the Fest and fell in love with your cabin. It is modern yet warm and comfortable. The sound of the creek is amazing. Great location for the festival too!

Amazing mountain retreat in Winter Park!

John is a wonderful, communicative host and his home is spectacular! He gave us all the info we needed and made our stay perfect. The house is incredible, even better than the photos. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The best part is the gorgeous deck with a great hot rub, right next to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

CREEKSIDE HIDE AWAY

Best stay in Winter Park yet. Super nice place. Very private. Back patio right above a running creek that sounds fantastic. Located close to town, but still seems like you are up on a secluded mountainside. If this place is avaliable, it would be our first pick blfor our next trip to Winter Park.

Just so lovely

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The house was cozy and very clean. Waking up to the sound of the creek and taking a dip in the hot tub was a perfect way to start the day. The host was great with communicated and chiming in to ask if we needed anything. I would absolutely recommend this property to another small family!

Enjoyed the space!

The property is a basement and suited us fine. Driving to Winter Park resort was short and easy but you have to go early to navigate the parking and get a spot! Loved the snowy tree view out back and the fireplace!

Great Getaway

We escaped the heat for a week-long getaway to Colorado with our family. The property was lovely- we enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the mornings while our kids roamed through the wooded area behind the house, and the close location to the town center was super convenient. The property manager, John, was helpful and responsive if we had any questions. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing at Winter Park. Location was conveniently close to town and the slopes The home is very well stocked and clean. The hot tub was the perfect ending after hitting the slopes all day. John was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the entire process of booking and during the time of our stay. The only bad part was when we had to leave!

Would give 6 stars if I could

Property manager responded immediately to inquiry about extending our stay. Our kids loved the cabin feel of the home. The hot tub was big and clean. The creek behind the home was beautiful. We slept with the windows open and could hear it during the night.

Great location and management

Fantastic property and experience. The owner is great about communicating and gives clear instructions. We found the property to be very clean and we appreciated how well stocked it was. Plenty of towels, TP, soap, etc. We've stayed at 2 other properties in the Winter Park area and we loved this one best.
