The drive up appeal was disappointing as there was not only a boat trailer in the driveway ( which was ok) but one in the yard - going downhill) beside the driveway. Not acceptable. No wash clothes for the bathrooms and only one dish towel for the kitchen. Two of the four seated jets areas are out on the super large hot tub. WiFi was non existent for having phone calls. We could receive texts. The trash can outside was almost impossible to open due to bears getting into it. One morning it was thrown down the hill- still shut. Possibly a metal one would a better option since it’s left out. ( not in garage)The creek was the best feature for sure. We will be more careful in where we stay in the future ( if it’s a 2 week stay) . The stairs, for all we had, plus grocery trips weren’t the most fun, trying to get used to altitude.

Love This Place!

This is a return visit for us. We love the house, the quiet neighborhood, and the amenities provided….especially the hot tub and grill! The owners are wonderful to work with too. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Winter Wonderland

We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway.

Creek Side Chateau

This was an amazing Chateau with a beautiful creek that was just off the back porch and hot tub. The accommodations were very clean and the Kitchen was nicely stocked. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Would give 6 stars if I could

Property manager responded immediately to inquiry about extending our stay. Our kids loved the cabin feel of the home. The hot tub was big and clean. The creek behind the home was beautiful. We slept with the windows open and could hear it during the night.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here! The host was prompt in responding to us. The house was really clean and comfortable. The best part for us was sitting in the hot tub and listening to the river. We would definitely stay here again!

CREEKSIDE HIDE AWAY

Best stay in Winter Park yet. Super nice place. Very private. Back patio right above a running creek that sounds fantastic. Located close to town, but still seems like you are up on a secluded mountainside. If this place is avaliable, it would be our first pick blfor our next trip to Winter Park.

Great stay. Great location.

Amazing location in the heart of Winter Park. Close to everything and being located on the river is amazing. This home was perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was great and the sites and sounds of the river right outside the back door where incredible. Easy to recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing at Winter Park. Location was conveniently close to town and the slopes The home is very well stocked and clean. The hot tub was the perfect ending after hitting the slopes all day. John was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the entire process of booking and during the time of our stay. The only bad part was when we had to leave!

Beautiful!

Wow!! This property blew us away!! Everything here was perfect for our family get away! John was super kind and available for any questions we had during our stay. Easy access to buses and town made Winter Park shopping, skiing, and snow shoeing easy to get to. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay here again as our trip to Winter Park has truly instilled a love in us for the Rockies!!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway!

So Peaceful

Such a great birthday weekend getaway! The house was beautiful, great location. They didn't have a blow dryer which wasn't a big deal, but keep that in mind when you are packing. Opening the windows at night and hearing the creek was like white noise! We will certainly be back.

Great Getaway

We escaped the heat for a week-long getaway to Colorado with our family. The property was lovely- we enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the mornings while our kids roamed through the wooded area behind the house, and the close location to the town center was super convenient. The property manager, John, was helpful and responsive if we had any questions. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

Amazing mountain retreat in Winter Park!

John is a wonderful, communicative host and his home is spectacular! He gave us all the info we needed and made our stay perfect. The house is incredible, even better than the photos. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The best part is the gorgeous deck with a great hot rub, right next to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Creekside Home

We came for the Blues from the Top Festival. Had a great time at the Fest and fell in love with your cabin. It is modern yet warm and comfortable. The sound of the creek is amazing. Great location for the festival too!

Stunning home in an amazing spot!

The house is absolutely amazing and in just the prettiest spot. They had everything we needed for a weekend away. John is absolutely amazing to communicate with and makes the process of checking in and out so easy! Definitely booking again!
