• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside are easily managed with fans and cool mountain air at night
• Mid-stay inspection required for extended stays over 30 days ($25/inspection at guest expense)
• Optional mid-stay cleaning available at guest expense
• Routine property maintenance may occur during stay (trash pickup, hot tub service, yard work)
