Winter Park Trip

Loved staying here! Views were so beautiful here, you can watch skiers going down the mountain out of huge windows. The house itself was really clean and very nice with lots of room.

Amazing condo

Our family had a wonderful in Winterpark. The views from the condo of the mountain were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the location of the home was perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation!

Very comfortable Villa with breathtaking views of the mountains. Super easy access to Winter Park Ski Resort. Home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Maintenance was quick to respond to any minor issues. Overall we had a great stay and hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay

So many amenities. Would have loved to enjoy the house with more people and for longer. We stayed in the summer, but seems like a great spot for the winter as well.

Everything about our experience was great!! The views were gorgeous, the house was well stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our large group. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient ski getaway!!

Great Location and Views for Days!

We had a great time in this lovely location, the hot tub was great and all the amenities were incredible. Could have used some condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.) but the views and furnishings more than made up for it.

Amazing vacation in an idyllic location!

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped home conveniently located across the street from Winter Park Resort. The home was spacious with cozy touches. Kitchen was well stocked including ground coffee for the drip coffee maker. Service was friendly, helpful, and informative. We had a great time and did not experience any problems during our stay. We hope to come back again!

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group. Convenient to the shuttle stops, clean, well appointed. We truly appreciated all the spices, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc that was there. Those items alone Saved us a fortune at the grocery on our arrival. Checkin and checkout was easy as could be. That's for a wonderful week! We will see you again!

No Pain No Jane

This is a newly built condo with great view of the ski mountain, facing southwest with great afternoon sun. You need to have all wheel drive vehicles in Winter Park in the winter and especially at this location up on a hill. We had a great ski week and fortunate to have two vehicles for 9, good for 2 families to share. The heat system is overly complex and was not working well but there was a quick response by management to resolve it. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of games/entertainment, the bluetooth speaker a big bonus.

Incredible Home in Great Location!!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful! Amazing views and excellent location. The home is impeccable. We have serious pet allergies and searched for a home that does not allow pets - this place was perfect and spotless. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved every minute of it!!! Thank you!!!!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We loved the accommodations of Northwoods #301. The bunk in the alcove downstairs was perfect for us with an adult son who needed some privacy and didn't want to be on the couch or with the grandsons in the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs as we prepared all our meals. The deck was a great place to hang out one afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather. I recommend that you provide your guests with information concerning the Lift (shuttle buses). Recommend to your guests to download the Lift app on their phones. It is the green lift bus that they need to be aware of. Make sure to tell them that there is a short walk down Arrow Trail to the stop. The green lift did not run while we were there due to staffing shortages. We found that out the first morning after waiting for over 30 minutes at the stop. We thought the emerald bus was the green one. We discovered that it was easier for us to drive and park in the Vintage Hotel parking lot ($20.00) and take the gondola to Winter Park Village. The money spent is well worth it. We also were able to store our skis (depending on where you rent, they will store for free) in the village which helped a lot after 3 hard days of skiing. Overall, it was a great Spring Break Ski Trip. We plan on being back next year.

Hello hot tub!

This property was just incredible! We wanted something that was close to everything but also to where we could kind of get away from the hustle and bustle and have our own family time. The main level when you walk in was just the perfect a little cozy place to hang out in the evenings watch TV and play board games. The kitchen was completely equipped with anything that you could need. Upstairs had a Huge window with a view that is almost undescribable just how beautiful it was. And then the downstairs had two bedrooms that were perfect for the kids and my son really loved the little built in bunkbed when you came right down the steps. But I have to say our favorite of everything in the house was 100% the hot tub. We would get up in the morning and go sit out there and then after a long day of skiing/ tubing, there was nothing better than soaking in it. We would highly recommend this place again! We only had one little hiccup with the property and it was something from a previous renter and was taken care of immediately.

Property was so clean ,view was wonderful. Location right across from Winter Park Resort and quick drive to other restaurants,bars and shopping. Kitchen well stocked.Hiking trail close to villa. Would highly recommend . Construction across the street not a problem unless you sleep late.

Beautiful well stocked and comfortable!

This property was excellent for our stay. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, conveniently located, and very comfortable! We would definitely stay again. The beds were great, I loved that the master bedroom was on the third floor and other bedrooms were on the bottom floor giving a lot of privacy. Each bedroom had a TV. The views were INCREDIBLE! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
