2 Bedroom condo on the river, walk to town, free ski bus!

You will enjoy a memorable vacation in my fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath condo. This 710 ft Condo is on the 2nd floor, right next to the river, so you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river from the balcony and the condo. It's very clean. There is a King-sized bed in one room, a queen-sized bed in one room, and a twin foldable mattress for the floor if needed, comfortable for sleeping 4-5 people. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is an extra sink in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you need for cooking! It has been renovated w/ granite countertops, refinished cabinets, flooring, lighting, blinds, and bathroom tile, as well as a new couch/rocking chair. Free/fast wifi, TV/DVD. It is within walking distance to everything in town - restaurants, pubs, shops, and coffee shops.

Spend the day enjoying the nice, relaxing river walk or a single track trail system for mountain biking/hiking/snowshoeing/cross country skiing, just minutes from the condo. There is a free shuttle right out the door that will take you to the ski resort (15min), or you can drive there in 7 minutes. You can fish in the river that runs through the condo complex. There is also a lake 35 minutes away (Grandby Lake) for sailing, paddleboarding, fishing, etc. Rocky Mountain National Park is an easy drive.

There is a newly remodeled rec center on site (3-4min walk) with pool table, big screen TV, indoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, volleyball, BBQ area, and workout room.
