Location Location Location

We so enjoyed staying in this condo right at the resort. We enjoyed the Taco Marq event and everything the resort has to offer in August. We only wish we could have stayed in this comfortable condo another month for the Winter Park Wine Fest. We also would love to stay here during ski season. So very convenient to the resort. Winter Park Escapes is a great company to work with.

Founders Pointe is in a great location for skiing and has amazing views. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely condo and great location

This condo was ideally located just a few minutes from the gondola and restaurants, it was also perfectly appointed for cooking. Loved it! We'll definitely be back.

Great Location!

This was a perfect 2 bdrm condo for 4 adults and 2 young children that slept on the pullout couch. Winter Park mtn and hot tub views. The location from the garage locker to the lift was close and easy. Building is beautifully lit and the bridge to the village is across the street. Great memories were made and would stay there again. .

Cozy, clean, and convenient!

Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. Convenient location directly across from all the Winter Park resort summer activities (alpine slide, gondola, ropes course, etc…) Would highly recommend this condo!

Great location at founder point

This was a great unit with a view to the gondolas and also a short walk down the elevator to the big hot tub. It was everything that we thought it would be a nice, modern unit also with good layout.

Convenient and Comfortable!

My husband and I stayed at Founder's Point for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! This place is right on the Winter Park Resort, and we had a gorgeous view of a black diamond ski hill! The pictures do this place justice, the space is extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed! We would definitely come back and stay again! I highly recommend making use of the Home James transportation to get from the airport and the Grocery Guys to conveniently stock the condo!

Ski weekend with family

Another great visit to Winter Park

This was our second visit to Winter Park Resort. We love the area, the ease of renting and getting equipment and close proximity of this condo. This condo was perfect for our family of four and will definitely return. The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We loved the view and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the snow flurries we had and watching the ski slopes.

Fantastic condo

The location of this condo is fantastic, and the condo itself is well-appointed, clean, updated, and on a great floor with a fantastic view. You should know you do have to complete several steps and sign different documents to finalize your reservation and check in, and you have to separately purchase parking.

Ski Vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised. It is very close to the gondola and therefore it was very convenient to the skiing portion of our vacation. However, it is 2-3 miles from most of the restaurants and from the grocery store and using the free shuttle system isn’t so easy. I would definitely recommend this condo to any family or group who comes to Winter Park with a car.

Close to the slopes made an easy stay

I recently had an amazing stay at this vrbo. The condo was welcoming and accommodating. The space was clean, nicely appointed, and absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location was great too - close to the slopes, Winter Park village, and shopping we wanted to visit. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. The alexa was helpful and even gave us great tips on where to go and what to do during our stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Founders Feb Trip

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy walk to lifts. Condo was very clean. Hot tub jets were not working, which was a bit disappointing, but it was hot! Our condo only had 4 mugs, which was a pain since we had to keep washing them. Not sure what we would have done if there were more than 4 people in the condo! Heat kept resetting to 63 degrees. Providing heating instructions would have been nice.

The room and location was great. But, we had major issues with your codes to both enter and exit the facility and the parking. Mostly, the parking code system was just awful. Didn't work most of the time. Then, when we hit the help button, the information that was requested was just too much. Querry: why was it so hard to just exit the parking ? Also, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the hot tub and pool were under renovations.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed in this lovely condo between Christmas & New Year’s Eve. The condo was large, clean & had plenty of towels! It was a little confusing when we first got there because we assumed the condo was on the 4th floor since the unit number starts with 4. Finally a man helped us when he told us that all condos on all floors in the building start with #4. (This one is on the 6th floor). The only wish would be a Keurig machine with coffee, tea, hot chocolate pods and sugar & creamer- even creamer packets would be great. We are early birds and the Starbucks across the street doesn’t open until 7:30am. Otherwise, a perfect and comfortable place to stay for a great skiing vacation!!
