Hosts to this property were easy to reach and resolved questions quickly. The proximity to winter park wedding venue and MCO was perfect for our needs. Property has some blemishes around the interior and exterior but cleanliness was definitely not an issue. If you are able to look past imperfections and know that you are in a clean home then this is a perfect place. Beds comfortable, showers warm, nice laundry facilities and a nice pool although we were too busy to enjoy it. Will definitely book again.

Not as advertised, very disappointed. Got in from a red eye flight and thought we could relax around the pool. But it was unkept and full of algae. Stained black mold all around the pool. And mold on the furniture and pool floats. Not a pleasant start to our family vacation.

Nice home, great location- could of been more stocked

Great house, however it was not stocked at all. Usually there are seasonings left behind, plastic baggies etc & there were none. There were minimal shower towels & a propane grill would have made this place so much better. Booking was easy, great communication & overall a nice place to stay.

Winter Park Charmer

Overall, the property could use some work. Paint, yard work, but I did enjoy my stay there. Bed in the master bedroom was comfy. I couldnt figure out how to work the tv in the living room, it would turn on, but i could not access any of the apps on it. The pool was the highlight of this place. You have to be careful in the bathrooms as the place is on a septic tank, and i think that it may have been pretty full. Overall, i would give the place 4 out of 5 stars, it has a lot of potential to become 5 stars.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. The location is great with quick access to a number of highways making it easy to get places. The neighbor was very quiet. The pool in back is big and really inviting (sadly we didn’t get to use it because of the weather). The house itself is older and shows some signs of wear and tear — it would benefit from some updating But the house very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the listing was accurate and the rate charged was very fair. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very nice. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Winter Park area — and kids would love the pool!

Wedding Ceremony

We had a lovely time. The house was centrally located to the venues for the festivities. The kitchen was vey functional for us to prepare breakfast daily. The outside is not very much to look at but once inside the accommodations met our needs. We liked how the house is divided in 2 sides for privacy for a large group.Great parking and checkin was a breeze

Don’t waste your money here!

My family was so excited after booking this home. The pictures made it look beautiful and inviting. That was not the case when we got there. My first clue should have been that there was no picture of the outside of the home. Pulling into the driveway my heart sank. I knew immediately that it was going to be bad. The house was not clean, had stained furniture & rugs. It had holes in the walls, mismatched paint, scratched up doors. Missing smoke detectors, Yellow stains around the base of the toilets. Missing baseboards, stains running down the walls. After being in the home for 10 minutes I messaged the host saying that we would not be staying there, he asked to come speak to us. I walked around the house showing him what my concerns were. He agreed that the house needed to be cleaned a 2nd time but said all the rest was just cosmetic & not a problem. I asked for a refund & he declined. I packed my family back up in our vehicle & left. I called VRBO and was on the phone w/them for some time. Since this host used a different payment processor for payment VRBO couldn’t do much. I had to do a chargeback on my account w/my credit card company. We are in the process of that now. We ended up having to search for another place to stay on Christmas Eve at 6pm, that was a task but we ended up finding another place to stay that was definitely worth the money..nothing like this dump. PLEASE, don’t get scammed like I did! Save your money & sanity, click off of this listing

We loved staying at this home. Awesome hosts too, and they had great communication as well. Huge house that accompanied our family and everyone loved the nice heated pool. Wonderful family vacation to remember. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you! 😃
