Located on the second floor, this comfortable 32 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The accommodation is accessible by stairs. All rooms are located on one floor, although there are some small differences in floor level, including a short staircase. From the apartment, you can enjoy views of the Sauerland mountains.Living and sleeping area: The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for 2 children, a television, and a dining table with seating for four people.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.Bedroom: The bedroom is located next to the kitchen and features a double bed consisting of two single mattresses measuring 90 × 200 cm each. It also has a second television, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in/rain shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel radiator.Mountain views: The apartment offers views of the Sauerland mountains, with plenty of opportunities for hiking in the surrounding area.Pets: One pet is allowed in this accommodation.Washing facilities and storage: There is no washing machine inside the apartment. Guests can use the washing machine in the shared bicycle and ski storage room free of charge.
