Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the idyllic heathland village!
With two lovingly furnished bedrooms, the house offers the ideal getaway for families or couples traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—has everything you need for cooking together.
The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as a convenient washer and dryer. In the cozy living room, a wood-burning stove provides warm comfort on cold days, while a smart TV keeps you entertained.

The adjoining patio is the perfect spot to unwind—enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding forests and mountains and let your mind wander over a glass of wine or a barbecue. A grill is, of course, provided.
The vacation home also features a large garden with a swing, slide, and climbing wall—a real highlight for kids and ideal for families with little adventurers.

The house is heated by central heating and offers you comfortable living all year round. A lockable storage room is available for your sports equipment or bicycles.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Our log cabin is located in the quiet heathland village of Niedersfeld, about 8 km from Winterberg.
The Heidedorf is surrounded by a magnificent natural landscape that invites you to go on long hikes and varied bike rides—especially through the impressive Niedersfeld high heath.
Just a few minutes from our log cabin lies Lake Hillebach—a place where you can relax and stay active in equal measure. The swimming cove, an adventure playground, cozy dining options, and a modern wakeboarding facility offer ideal conditions for an eventful day by the water.

The charming village center of Niedersfeld is also quick and easy to reach. Here you’ll find everything you need for daily life: a bakery, a butcher shop, a supermarket, a gas station, and Viertmann’s fruit and vegetable barn with fresh, locally sourced produce. Various cafes and restaurants round out the offerings.

Just about an eight-minute drive away, the popular vacation destination of Winterberg awaits you with a wide range of recreational activities. In winter, the largest ski resort north of the Main River delights visitors with perfectly groomed slopes and modern lift systems. In summer, toboggan runs, zip lines, a climbing park, and many other activities provide fun and variety—ideal for families, sports enthusiasts, and nature lovers.
