“Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but...

“Very nice house in quiet suburb of Sacramento. We were here for a business trip and it was close to get to downtown area. The beds were very comfortable. House is very roomy and amenities are nice. We didn't eat here but the kitchen would be nice to cook in. I wish we could've spent more time here, it was mostly just for sleeping since we were gone most of the day and evening for work. It would be great for a family. The price was great and was a much cheaper option than hotel rooms for 4...
