"We were in town for a ballgame and only needed to stay 1 night. Older building and the bathroom could use some help on the walls. But it was clean as well as the whole room. Beds were clean and comfy. "

"I booked the hotel Duval through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they said that my reservation did not exist in their system. Through several hours of trying to accommodate us, they were able to find the reservation and although we asked for a room with two queen beds they gave us two separate rooms with a queen bed in each overall, this situation was very stressful, but they managed to do what they could do and provide us with great customer service in the end "
"The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area. I can't wait to visit again to check out the new restaurant they're opening soon :) Bravo to Violet and her enthusiastic front desk staff and to F&B Director Ed for delivering true customer service during our stay... "Perfect accommodation for one or two people. Good sized main space with seating, desk, bed and small coffee/microwave area with refrigerator. Great bathroom with walk-in shower soaking tub and big closets. Super clean and comfortable. Centrally located and across the street from Lake Ella and lots of other cool, local Tallahassee places to visit. Jack is a great host and replies quickly to anything that comes up!Highly recommend.
