“House is cute, NOT ADA accessible at all! Lots of stairs, the blinds and curtains were broken in the primary bedroom. The dryer shorted out in the laundry room each time we tried to use it. Communication with host was sporadic, I didn’t get the wifi information till the day before we left! ”

“Large, comfortable room with a modern en-suite. Very amenable and accommodating hosts with nice ideas such as putting on complimentary food in the bar during England World Cup games. We had a “simple” pie & chips from the menu and it was terrific with, as promised, real gravy. We didn’t have full English breakfast but the toast on the Continental option from a local artisan baker was fab. Lots of little touches that make the Royal Oak a little different from the ordinary.”

“Lovely old building, good location exceptional breakfast. Parking is a bit of a nightmare after a 10 point turn in the car park had to find parking across the road which was no problem for my little car but you might struggle with a bigger car.”
