Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.”

It would help if property had detailed they provided all cleaning products, washing machine & dishwasher cleaners, beach towels, shower products as we would not have brought these. Only major concern was very small fridge for eight people, multiple eskies had to be used. WIFI didn’t work, owner contacted supplier as had had same problem with previous tenants. The issue was resolved. Over all excellent accomodation and location to beach and facilities.”
