“Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company. ”

“Parking and entrance not lit, trash in refrigerator, volume didn’t work on tv, had to bring in patio furniture to have a place to sit comfortably, not enough outlets around the beds, and needed to ask for Wi-Fi password. Clean, nice shower, well stocked with towels and coffee, good location, host was responsive, nice pool and games area”

“This is the third or fourth stay at the B3. The property is perfect for me as a business traveler with a colleague staying a portion of the time in a different room. The common area is comfortable and the private room was great. We played some pool, listened to music and made use of the kitchen and bar too as well as the TVs. The location one block off of Main Street provides easy access to the best parts of walkable Sparta. I will be back! ”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. Communication was excellent and prompt. If not right away it was just a few minutes. Apartment was super nice, so welcoming and comfortable. Location is easy to get to, close enough to entertainment yet far enough away to have the peace and quiet for a relaxing wind down. Well equipped apartment with the basics plus a couple of special touches just to make you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place and the company.”
