“The check in process went smoothly and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the gift bag in our room. Liked the parking on site. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. Definitely would stay here again if needed a place to stay in Lake Geneva.”

The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company. ”

Everything we needed was within walking distance in Williams Bay and we were only a 10 minute drive to the main area of Lake Geneva. We will 100% be staying here again.Ps - there's a wonderful gentleman who lives next door who gave us all the ins and outs of the area.”

“My husband, my daughter and another couple and their kids enjoyed the stay. A space was very big and we had lots of room. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed. It was one of the hottest days in early August, so the air conditioning could have been a little cooler but overall we were fine. Christine, the host was very accommodating and responsive.”
