“We were extremely impressed with the property. Our villa was clean and perfectly laid out for our needs. The resort had a lot of options for recreational activities, and staff was quick and responsive for all our requests/needs. Would highly recommend for anyone! ”

“Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.”

“We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

“Great location. Villa was nicely decorated. Staff was very personable and accommodating. We would definitely return. I would suggest an additional AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. It was very hot up there.”

“Front desk ignored me both in person and when I called. Possibly due to me booking on vrbo? I’m not sure. Furnace was noisy in the unit, I called to let front desk know and they informed me they’d move anyone else checking in but not me (again, possibly because I booked on vrbo?). Beautiful place but I still don’t know where the pool is as I didn’t receive a map nor was it explained to me.”
