“We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. “Excellent and beautiful place, we only spent one night, but we were looking forward to returning. I recommend it.”

“Room was big and the bed was big. Very clean throughout. The walls and headboards were a little tired looking. Our first room had faulty air con and on our last night we were given another room. We got a 30% refund for the nights we had no air con. The screen casting worked well in our first room but didn't work in the new room we moved to and the engineer, while very polite, didn't understand the issue either. The bar, breakfasts and staff were very nice.”

“I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”

“Excellent hotel . Our room was spacious, clean and had the benefit of air conditioning which was very welcome during this present heat wave. The lobby had an air of luxury and the gym was excellent. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. All in all we had a lovely 3 night break and will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended.”
