“Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.”

They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. “Would definitely recommend Garden View. Its a beautiful space, very cozy, quiet & comfortable. It's finished to a very high standard with everything you need for a self-catering break. Views from the garden are stunning & a great location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Lovely welcome from the host & a very thoughful welcome pack, including hot cross buns for Easter. Train station, shops, pubs & Pembroke Castle within easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!”

“Had a lovely stay , clean and comfortable and even had a bath! The parking space was a bit of a struggle due to cars parked on the grass but there's also a free carpark less than a minutes walk. Everything was there that we needed and the property was easy to find. We will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends .thankyou”

“The staff were absolutely brilliant, each one making you feel instantly at home and extremely well looked after. The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely. “We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“Nice stay at this cosy hotel. Good location & great parking - situated nicely between Saundersfoot & Tenby. Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!”
