The Space:

Downstairs, the kitchen, dining area and lounge all flow together in one bright open-plan space, so whoever’s cooking doesn’t have to miss out on the conversation — or the argument over what to watch on TV.



Throw open the French doors and you’ve got your own secure private garden, perfect for morning coffees, a glass of something cold when the British weather decides to cooperate, or letting the dog have a good sniff around. Upstairs are two comfy bedrooms, including one with clever zip-link beds that can be arranged as a king or two singles. There’s also a modern family bathroom, and four-legged family members are very welcome to come along for the adventure.



Now, a little word about perfection… this is a home, not a show home. It has been properly lived in, so you might find the odd scuff, mark or little imperfection here and there. If you’re expecting velvet ropes around the furniture and walls nobody has ever touched, this probably isn’t the place. What you will find is a stylish, comfortable and practical home with everything you need for a few nights, a few weeks or a few months.



There’s one allocated parking space, plus additional free residential parking nearby, and Brookwood and Woking stations are within easy reach when London is calling. Once your booking is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules. Then you’re all set — unpack the bags, choose your side of the bed, locate the wine glasses and make yourself at home.

Guests staying at our home can enjoy easy access to Lightwater Country Park, located just a short drive away, which features scenic woodland walks, tranquil lakes, and an adventure playground. For those interested in history and peaceful strolls, the historic Brookwood Cemetery is nearby, while garden enthusiasts will appreciate the world class RHS Garden Wisley, famous for its stunning glasshouses and landscaped grounds. For a day of excitement, Thorpe Park is reachable in approximately 25 minutes by car. When it comes to daily essentials, you are well catered for with Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and Co-op Food all conveniently located within the local Knaphill area for your shopping needs.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient from our location. Brookwood Station is located approximately two miles away, providing regular train services to London Waterloo, Woking, and Basingstoke. For even faster connections, Woking Station is just three miles away and serves as a major transit hub with frequent trains into central London and across the Surrey region. If you prefer to travel by bus, you will find local stops on Anchor Hill and High Street in Knaphill, where routes 34, 35, and 91 offer easy access to Woking town centre and the surrounding areas. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the free parking provided on the premises.
