It feels like you are way out in the country, but an easy trip into town. Loved having our own hot tub. Callie, the farm cat, was so sweet and we enjoyed meeting the alpacas, goats, chickens. It was conveniently located 2 hours from many popular locations to visit the coast, the redwoods, Mt Shasta, CA, Crater Lake, and many other hiking trails along Rogue River. It also was very private, but also close to groceries, gas, and restaurants.
