No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, condiciones de la propiedad
May wife and I stayed last night at this Totto Hotel. I booked via my Expedia Account. The hotel is classified 4 star, in my humble opinion it doesn't deserve even 2, I know because I stayed in hundreds of hotel globally while managing conferences and exhibition Group. Here are a short list of discomforts:
1. There no phone in the rooms! Yes no freaking phones!
2. We had to call via reception to ask a missing air conditioning remote control!
3. No pens, pencils or papers.
4. Nothing provided in the bathroom but body soap and shampoo in bulk dispensers.
5. As there are no chairs to watch the TV we had to sit on bed, and funny enough the bed did not stay still. I had to rest the bed's wheels in my SHOES to keep still!
6. Breakfast was about $35 per head and you most definitely get better value at a motel or Macca.
7. The quality of the bed and pillows provided is quite below such rating.
8. I was charged $25 for overnight parking, I couldn't recall seeing this charge on Expedia.

We will never stay here ever again.
