    Perfect Summer break! Right on the beach with direct and easy access from the backyard. With stunning beach and ocean views from the lounge, dining, kitchen and main bedroom, the waves of the Beach break metres from the rear of this beachfront property. Stunning views of the Beach and Cathedral Rocks from both levels of the house.
    Enjoy free WiFi, Netflix, Disney and Paramount . Also provided is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, BBQ, a selection of books, DVD's and an abundance of board games.
    All bed linen, kitchen, bath and hand towels are all provided.

    IGA supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy and an IGA liquor store are approximately 250m away.
    A children's playground and the Golf Club are a short walk away.

    Wallking distance to Minnamurra River, a great location for swimming, fishing, and stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.

    This beach front house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs. Access between levels is via an external staircase.

    Upstairs features a large main bedroom with ocean views, a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with trundles .

    The lounge and dining room have amazing views and an abundance of natural light. Cook with a view and beautiful ocean breeze in the kitchen. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.


    Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and its own seating area with a lounge + chaise and a Flat-screen TV. The lounge and studio kitchen (with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine) have ground floor views and direct access to Jones Beach.

    The large flat back yard facing the beach has gorgeous views to create happy memories, and keep the kids busy for hours.

    A place that feels like home, wonderful beach walks and swims where you need nothing but your cosies and a beach towel!

    A great location for a casual get together.

    WIFI is a complementary service and if there is an outage in the area and is out of our control please note that no reimbursement shall be made.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host - Amanda- was amazing from start to finish, always quick, clear, and super helpful. We also really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The area itself is ideal for a holiday, with beautiful surroundings and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Jamberoo tournament

The house was ideal for a group visiting the area for the annual Jamberoo soccer tournament. There were plenty of beds, the house was comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent as were the local amenities.

It really is right on the beach.

My family and I had the best weekend away. Enough space for everyone, host was more then accommodating and great communication, plenty of places to go out and eat and spend the day out I will most definitely be staying here again, definitely recommend if you have a big family..

Relaxing

we didn’t have the best weather while staying here but really enjoyed our relaxing family holiday. Hopefully get to stay here again one day. The hosts were also an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic weekend away

Can’t recommend Michael and Amanda’s place enough. Beautiful location and house had loads of nice features which made the stay quite comfortable. Their communication throughout the trip was fantastic and would definitely come back!

Wonderful position on beach Cafe and IGA just 5 minutes from properly We were extended family group of ten persons aged from 78 to 10 years old Dined in Kiama but replaced at house Bathroom facilities basic but clean Connection between levels by outside stairs however not a problem as weather was excellent Recommended for family holiday weekend
