    Bedding Configuration

    The master bedroom boasts a queen bed with a zero-gravity mattress, designed for ultimate relaxation and a restful night’s sleep - includes Air Conditioning & Ceiling Fan.

    The second bedroom features a cozy double bed, ideal for family, friends, or solo travellers - includes Ceiling Fan.



    The modern bathroom is designed for comfort, complete with a rain shower head, vanity and WC.

    Reserve & Beach Access – Step outside and enjoy the green open spaces of Reddall Reserve, with walking paths and playgrounds, or take a short stroll to the nearby beach for a swim, surf, or a quiet walk along the sand.

    Water Sports & Fishing – Just minutes from the apartment, you can try windsurfing, paddleboarding, or diving, while fishing enthusiasts will find excellent spots along the shore or at nearby Windang Island.

    Family-Friendly Spots – Little Creek and the tidal areas nearby provide safe, shallow waters perfect for kids learning to swim or surf. Adults can enjoy gentle paddling or stand-up paddleboarding in calm conditions.

    Scenic Walks & Lake Illawarra – Walk north along the coastline to Lake Illawarra for tranquil swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the scenic pathways. The lakeside parklands include children’s play areas and are popular with walkers and cyclists.

    Payment Terms:

    We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



    Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.



    Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



    Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our apartment is located in a quiet apartment complex with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate any loud gatherings including but not limited to “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



    Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



    All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
