“Perfect location for 2 people visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Staying this close made it easy to get to the park to see the latest eruption. The garden on site is beautiful. Some other reviews complained about not having hot water, the host clearly states it takes a while, so just give it time. And yes we saw a spider, took two seconds to remedy that. It's in the middle of a rainforest which is beautiful, but if you want to be in nature, you might just see nature. So don't let those...

“Was definitely as advertised. Beautiful location. Clean. Easy check-in and out. Only downside was the 15 point turn to get my truck into the parking lot since I was last in. I watched first out have to do the same thing in the morning. ”

“The rooms felt like a treehouse! Secluded in a rainforest only 8 min from the gates of Volcano National Park!”

“We had a lovely stay. The property was gorgeous. Lovely gardens and outdoor spaces. Inside had everything we needed and was so beautifully put together. Made us feel at home, away from home. There was even fruit and eggs for sale at the fruit stand. The host was super easy to communicate with. ”

“Had a lovely stay at The Pacifica over Memorial Day weekend. All of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. 5 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Jennifer and her team were super communicative. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises.”

“The stay here was amazing! Peaceful, clean, tranquil, and excellent place for a get away! Parking couldn’t be better! And communication was point on! Very quick response. Family friendly, having limited toys available for young children, but enough to keep them busy, and the owners sanitize everything for you! I would definitely come back. ”

“What a great spot! Loved the proximity to the volcano neighborhood. Very spacious, worked out great for my partner and I. The park is very close by with art galleries near as well! ”

“There were definite highs and lows to this property. The rooms were very clean and there was great entertainment options (games available to play) and lots of beds, which is what we wanted. However, we really wanted the hot tub which this property advertised, but was clearly not being uproot or available for use. There was one line in the posting, that the water is not drinkable. I applaud that this property is so green, but it was somewhat inconvenient for utilizing water. The biggest complaint...

“Only there has been a little confusion when after booking 2 units for 2 people, and paying a full price, I received suddenly a message that one of my 2 units was cancelled. It made me worried about how I could accommodate both of us. At the end my 2nd person got ill and couldn’t come, so I used the one unit Nane.”
