“I liked the spacious room with three beds, The beautiful nature art on the wall, the pattern of the ceiling, the wifi. I didn’t like some of the outlets not working, the water has a weird taste, the coffee pot was dirty, and I had no warning that the pool was closed for renovations. ”

“We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place...

“What an amazing stay! Shari and Jeff were thoughtful hosts. Everything you possibly need for a wonderful get away is provided. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in nature. Ski days at Mt. Abram —so close, so reasonably priced and the best mountain staff! Sunsets in the hot tub-ahhh!!! Local restaurants in Bethel - Mountain Social Kitchen - delicious meal and drinks. Snowshoeing at Buck’s Ledge Trail- so close with beautiful views. Although the temps dipped into the teens, we were so warm and cozy...

“This home is a magical spot, set apart from other places in the area by an amazing view and fun amenities! It served as a great base of operations for skiing, tubing, and poking around Bethel; our group of six ended most days with a dip in the hot tub and grilling on the deck, followed by board games around the wood stove or a movie in the home theater. The main drawback was that we occasionally didn't want to leave for the day's activities hahaha ... Would highly recommend!!”

“Property offered everything we needed! The beds & linens were very comfortable. We were all adults but my adult sons and significant others enjoyed the game room and outdoor games! Plenty of room for everyone and then some! So much so, we didn't even use some of the spaces. Fred & Lisa were very accommodating and were quick to answer any questions. I'll definitely consider this again in the future if we visit the area again! We loved our time at Twin Lakes Chalet! Thank you Fred & Lisa”
